Single orders will be posted using NZ Post. Bulk orders will be either be posted or sent by courier. We are in the process of finalising shipping prices for various destinations and will make these prices available in due course. In the meantime, please contact us if you need to know shipping prices based upon the size of your order.

All orders to Australia are shipped via NZ Post Airmail and are subject to an additional charge of NZ$10.00 per order that can be paid using the payment button below. If you require your shipment to be couriered please contact us before purchase so we can advise you of the shipping cost.

 

 

Please ensure that all the details you have entered are correct, you must have a valid e-mail address entered to ensure you receive your e-mail confirmation and receipt. If you enter an incorrect address or email address P-Mate New Zealand cannot be held responsible for any order that does not arrive.

Our 14 day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Paymate  processes all debit, credit and charge card payments for customers and, will retain a handling fee of 3.5%+NZD0.50 of the transaction value where a card is used to purchase goods or services.
